I understand how impossible it can feel in today’s culture to love your body and all that it does for you. that is why I created Fuel an Flow, a space where you will always be welcome, no matter what size or clothing brand you wear.

tired, excited, joyful, drained, upset, radiant, whatever emotion you step into the room with, you are always welcomed and loved. I can never be energetic and happy 100% of the time, so how could I expect that from you! as always, come as you are.
presence over perfection
the hardest step is simply just showing up, and at Fuel and Flow, nothing matters afters that. exercise isn’t meant to be perfect, it’s meant to be enjoyed and sustainable. your presence is far more appreciated than being able to hold a plank for 5 minutes.
